2018 Summer Day Camp 6/18 - 7/20
Summer Day Camp (SDC) 2018 is for students entering 1st to 7th grade. The dates for this year's SDC are June 18th - July 20th with the closing ceremony and carnival on Saturday, July 21st.
SDC Registration Fee and Tuition
(Please pay with two separate checks for each child addressed to Hope Lutheran Church)
Students Entering 1st-5th Grade
$125 Non-refundable Registration fee (Date check: 03/23/18) + $700 (Date check: 05/01/18)
Students Entering 6th-7th Grade
$125 Non-refundable Registration fee (Date check: 03/23/18) + $1150 (Date check: 05/01/18)
**Tuition is a flat rate. No part of the fees will be refunded for partial attendance, absences, vacations, illness, and etcetera.
Morning care (7:30am-8:45am $25/week; $5/day)
After Care (4:15-6pm $35/week; $7/day)
STEPS TO ENROLL IN SDC 2018:
- Complete the online student registration, which opens on Saturday, March 3rd @ 8:00pm SDC 2018 Online Registration
- Complete the physical registration packet. They are available here: SDC Registration Packet and in the church office.
- Attach two separate checks:
- $125.00 non-refundable registration fee (dated 03/23/18);
- Tuition (dated 05/01/18) [tuition information is listed above]
- Check or money order only. NOTE: We suggest not turning in your registration packet and registration fee until AFTER you have been accepted. You will receive an acceptance e-mail within a week of the registration date.
- Hand-deliver completed registration packet and fees to the main office of Hope Lutheran Church, 55 San Fernando Way, Daly City NO LATER than 5:00pm on Friday March 23rd, 2018.
E-mail a digital photo of your child to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 1st. Subject Line: “Child’s Name (Fall 2018 Grade Level) ID Picture”
