2017 Summer Day Camp 6/12 - 7/14
Summer Day Camp (SDC) 2017. SDC is for students entering the 1st to 5th grades. The dates for this year's Summer Day Camp are June 12th - July 14th with the closing ceremony and carnival on Saturday, July 15th. .
SDC Registration Fee and Tuition
(Please pay with two separate checks addressed to Hope Lutheran Church)
Students Entering 1st – 5th Grade
$125 Non-refundable Registration fee (Date check: 03/24/17) + $675 (Date check: 05/01/17)
Morning care (7:30am-8:45am $25/week; $5/day) After Care (4:00-6pm $35/week; $7/day)
Priority Registration for RETURNING students and their siblings enrolled in SDC 2016:
- Complete Online Registration available at 8:00pm Saturday, March 4th

- Download, print and complete registration forms;
"SDC 2017 Student Registration Packet"
- Attach two separate checks: 1) $125.00 non-refundable registration fee (dated 03/24/17); 2) Tuition (dated 05/01/17). Check or money order only. NOTE: We suggest not turning in your registration packet and registration fee until AFTER you have been accepted. You will receive an e-mail within a week regarding registration.
- Hand-deliver completed registration forms and fees to Hope Lutheran Church, 55 San Fernando Way, Daly City, 5:00 p.m. - March 24, 2017.

Please note: Tuition is a flat rate. No part of the fees will be refunded for partial attendance, absences, vacations, illness, and etcetera.
