BASIC STAFF EXPECTATIONS
Required to be available for 3-5 weeks of camp
STAFF hours for SDC are 8:30am-4:30pm
Regular attendance at Sunday Staff Training (at least 3 out of 5)
Participate and lead activities during our After School Program (2 times before camp)
Attendance during our Friday Fellowship from 6:00-9:30pm on Fridays (at least 2 out of 8 before SDC beginning April 5th)
Regular and consistent communication

If you are planning to take a class during the summer or have another commitment, you must let us know ASAP.

Staff Orientation Sunday, March 30 1:00pm-3:00pm
Staff Training Sunday, April 13 1:00pm-3:00pm

Staff Training Sunday, June 1 9:00am-12:00pm
Staff Training Week, June 9-13 10:00am-4:00pm
SDC 2025 June 16 - July 18 8:30am-4:30pm
Counselors in Training (CITs; incoming 8th graders)
CITs will pay $600 for their camp fees, including Away Camp from June 30 - July 1.
CITs are required to be at camp all day.
At the moment, no half-day CITs will be accepted. CITs may miss up to a maximum of 5 days of camp due to sports/other obligations.
If you are still interested or unsure if you will be part-time, please apply and we can discuss arrangements.
